Everyone should have access to the healthcare they need. Waymark’s mission is to help people enrolled in Medicaid programs find their way to better health through evidence-based community care. In the communities we serve, we listen. Community members understand the care system best. They set the waymarks, or guideposts, for the solutions we build. We work with health plans. We partner with primary care providers. We build multidisciplinary, local care teams. We use technology and data science responsibly, all in service of helping patients.
