Medcorder is a smartphone app available for both iOS and Android that lets a patient - with your permission - record all or part of your consultation. The recording is securely saved to a private cloud and a transcript is automatically added. Patients can set up a chat room with their loved ones to which these recordings are immediately shared and can be discussed in order to help keep the informal care team "in the loop".
