Healthcare logistics from local couriers to large players like FedEx lack dependability, aren't clinically focused, don't comply with HIPAA, won't white-label their platform, nor capture patient feedback. Furthermore, health systems are can't easily switch couriers without a lengthy request for proposal process further putting patient care at risk with inadequate logistics. Along with the pharmacies, we "close the care loop" with hospital teams from providers, clinical coordinators, and patients to ensure full visibility of delivered treatments.
- Telehealth has made diagnosing on-demand common, but how do we treat on-demand? Phox Health is the "middleware" between a health system's pharmacies and partnered medical couriers. Our healthcare-focused platform gives health systems that offer telehealth, hospice, or hospital at home services a tech-enabled, accountable way to deliver any type of prescription to a patient's home. We share live delivery tracking with clinical teams, white-label patient notifications for each health system, and capture patient feedback beyond today's solutions. But software alone can't deliver. We ensure partner courier accountability through our 24/7 operations team and liberate pharmacies to focus on direct patient care.
- We are the first HIPAA/SOC 2 compliant, healthcare-specific logistics platform powered by a partnership network of medical courier companies. Our seamless workflow for Epic-based pharmacies means health systems can skip integration and use Phox Health system-wide even faster. Our record launch time was eleven business days with Kaiser Permanente Washington. We uniquely allow our health system partners to white-label patient-facing delivery tracking links and notifications. Now a hospital's brand remains front and center - even down to the email address - giving them an "Amazon-like" digital logistics experience. In July we delivered nearly 7,000 speciality drugs, hospice prescriptions, and labs across three time zones with only two Phox Health staff members. We clinically adapt. Days after launching Kaiser Washington, we added a three-hour delivery service line specifically for Paxlovid, the oral COVID-19 therapy. We've earned +40 partnered pharmacies Net Promoter Scores in the 90's. That's unheard of for any industry, let alone a pharmacy.
