Sleepio is a six-week sleep improvement program that features Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. It is clinically proven to help individuals fall asleep faster, stay asleep through the night and feel better during the day. The course takes place online via a home computer or an iPad, but can also be completed through a phone-based app. Program involves six 20-minute sessions in which a virtual sleep expert talks to the users and delivers personalized sleeping techniques.
