You'll need a Digital.Health account, your company logo, a short product description, and any product imagery or video links you'd like to include.
Sign up to create a free Digital.Health account. You'll need to be signed in for everything that follows.
- Already have an account? Skip to Step 2.
- Already added or claimed your company? Skip to Step 3.
If your company isn't listed yet, create it from your account settings. If it's already there, claim it for editing access.
- Go to Settings › Companies
- Click Create — or search and click Claim this Company
- Add your name, logo, description, and profile slug
- Submit for review
Once your company is approved, add each product or solution as its own profile. Repeat for every offering.
- Go to Settings › Products
- Click Create and add image, description, and slug
- Associate the product with your company
- Complete every Details field — this powers Compare

Why complete profiles win
Listings that get compared, contacted, and clicked.
The platform rewards specificity. These are the patterns we see in the profiles that consistently surface in comparisons and recommendations.
- Lead with facts, not marketing copy. Clinicians scan; they don't read. State what it does, who it's for, and what's unique — in plain language. Skip the superlatives.
- Complete every field in "Details." This is the structured data the Compare Products feature pulls from. An incomplete profile gets filtered out of side-by-side comparisons.
- Embed a 60–90 second product video. YouTube or Vimeo embed code goes directly into the Video Embed field. Demos outperform screenshots for evaluation-stage visitors.
- Use a clean logo on transparent background. SVG or high-resolution PNG. Avoid screenshots-of-logos or logos with white boxes — they read as low-effort to buyers.
- Update when things change. New regulatory clearances, partnerships, evidence, or pricing shifts — refresh the profile. Stale listings lose ranking in recommendations.

Yes. Adding your company and products to Digital.Health is free. We also offer an optional Growth Catalyst Membership for companies that want enhanced visibility, advanced analytics, and direct introductions to qualified buyers — but the core listing is free for everyone.
Most listings are reviewed and approved within 2–5 business days. Submissions with complete profiles, clean imagery, and clear product descriptions move through fastest. You'll receive an email notification when your status changes from "Pending" to "Live."
Yes. You can update your company and product profiles at any time from your account settings. Significant edits may go through a brief re-review, but minor updates are typically reflected within minutes.
Yes — and we recommend it. Each product or solution should be its own profile, associated with your single company. This lets each product appear independently in category browsing, comparisons, and search.
The most common reasons for a profile being returned for edits:
- Marketing copy without clear product specifics
- Incomplete Details fields (these power Compare)
- Low-resolution or watermarked imagery
- Wrong category selection — if you're unsure, browse Digital Health Technology Categories first
- Claims that require evidence (e.g., FDA clearance) without supporting links
Search for your company on Digital.Health. On the listing page, click Claim this Company at the bottom and complete the verification form. Once approved, you'll have edit access to your company and product profiles.
If the Claim button isn't visible, the company has already been claimed by someone — usually a previous teammate. Email info@digital.health with your work email and we'll help route access.
- Sign in and go to Settings › Products
- Click the pencil icon on the product you want to update
- Scroll to the Video Embed field
- In another tab, open your video on YouTube or Vimeo, click Share › Embed, and copy the iframe code
- Paste into the Video Embed field and click Update
