Follow these steps to add your company and products/solutions.
STEP 1: Create Account
1. Sign-up to create a Digital.Health account. You will need to be signed-in to perform all subsequent steps.
2. If you already have an account, skip to Step 2 to add or claim your company.
3. If you already added or claimed your company, skip to Step 3 to add or update products/solutions.
STEP 2: Add or Claim Your Company
Add Your Company

1. If your company isn’t listed, access 'Settings' located under your profile image/avatar in the top right corner of the page.
2. Select 'Companies' from the left-hand menu.
3. Click 'Create' and proceed to add details such as your company name, logo, description, slug (your Digital.Health company profile URL).
4. Finalize the company creation process by clicking 'Submit' located at the bottom of the page.
5. Proceed to Step 3 to add products/solutions and associate them with your company.
Claim Your Company
1. If your company is already listed, but you don’t have access to modify or add products/solutions, follow the steps below.
2. Search and find your company.
3. Click 'Claim this Company' at the bottom of the listing.
4. Complete the claim request process by adding your company details and clicking ‘Submit’ at the bottom of the form.
5. After submission, your request will be reviewed and once approved you will be notified by the Digital.Health team.
6. Once you have access to your company profile, proceed to Step 3 to add or update products/solutions associated with your company.
STEP 3: Add or Update Your Product/Solution*
1. Access 'Settings' located under your profile image/avatar in the top right corner of the page.
2. Select 'Products' from the left-hand menu.
3. Click 'Create' and proceed to add details such as your product/solution name, image, description, slug (your Digital.Health product profile URL).
4. Choose your company to associate with the product/solution.
5. Finalize the product/solution creation process by clicking 'Submit' located at the bottom of the page.
6. After submission, the status will appear as 'Pending' until it is approved and you are notified by the Digital.Health team.
7. Follow the same steps to add each of your products/solutions.
8. Congratulations! Your products/solutions will now be listed on Digital.Health to increase visiblity and value.
*TIPS: When entering products/solutions, only include key facts most important to health care professionals, avoid using any marketing language. It is important to complete all relevant fields in the "Details" section as these are the attributes individuals will see when using the "Compare Products" feature (Learn More). We recommend updating profiles as new information becomes available to ensure end-users have the most up to date information. .
Frequently Asked Question
How do I add a video to the product/solution profile?
1. Sign-In to your Digital.Health account.
2. Access 'Settings' located under your profile image/avatar in the top right corner of the page.
3. Select 'Products' from the left-hand menu to find the product/solution to embed a video.
4. Open your product/solution page by clicking on the pencil icon and scroll down to the field titled 'Video Embed'.'
5. In a separate browser tab, open your video (e.g. on YouTube, Vimeo or other) and select the ‘Share’ link.
6. Select the 'Embed' option and copy the code displayed on the page.
7. Paste the above code into the ‘Video Embed’ field in Digital.Health.
8. Click 'Update' at the bottom of the page when ready to submit.
